A 40-year tradition in the neighborhood I grew up in was “The Night Before Christmas” story illustrated on 4’x8’ plywood boards in Taylorsville, Utah. In 2024, they were badly in need of repair. We decided to completely remake the boards, including new original illustrations. I helped organize and coordinate with nine other artists, and drew three boards myself. We had 62 wonderful volunteers and an estimated 710 total hours spent on this project. They are up for display annually the Saturday after Thanksgiving until New Years.
